Made in Glasgow Scotland, this early little brass and alloy “Illingworth style” spinning reel with exposed gears .
The Morris Carswell variation with the line pick up instead of the small bale arm as on the later Arthur Allen Spinet reel.
Good clean working reel with a little of its original paint.
