Vintage/antique “THE DRY FLY BOX” german silver/nickle
‘The Dry Fly Box” . A very very rare item for keeping both ‘live’ insects/flys and artificial variants. Made to the highest metalworking standard and possibly made in a jewellers workshop. The origin is either UK or USA considering the style of font stamped on the lid. Our best guess is English made from 1900 -1930 as this was a hay day for fly presentation products made in the north of England.
